Started her first Direct Sales business at the age of 19, knowing then she could make more money working on commission than in a traditional salaried job.

(This also gave her the freedom to spend several years traveling in Europe and North America.)
She developed several specialized programs for building professional referrals and residual income in her first few years as an entrepreneur.

Went on to become a National Trainer – teaching others how to develop similar programs. Created and implemented ‘Train the Trainer’ programs across the country for corporate training departments.

How did she get connected with Kim?

Answered an ad in 1994 that Kim was running looking for a ‘Leader with experience in sales/training and public speaking’.

She caught the vision of Network Marketing, and became an independent rep in Kim’s network marketing group.

As a mom working P/T built a distributor base in 27 states in her first six months in the business.

In 1995 became the National Trainer for Kim’s national organization. Traveled around the country with Kim implementing and training others on the multiple methods of Reaching Out to help Kim continue to build her fastest growing organization of people in the 25 year history of the company.

In 1996, joined Kim in her mission to help entrepreneurs in all companies who want to make it in the business of direct sales and networking with the company: Max Out Productions, Inc.

Has been instrumental in editing, design, and marketing of the books and tapes available through Banana Marketing.com.

Her expertise is in creating a business image and marketing strategy, developing target markets for customers and business partners, and implementing a clear Plan of Action for individuals and teams.
