Pretend your message (that you leave) is:
"I'm calling because we're expanding our business out in your
area, and I understand you may be looking for a position, so you can
earn income from another source. If that's true, give me a call back
and I'll tell you what we've got. Then, we can see if there's a match.
OK? My # is..."
Does that message give the impression the person
will be banged on whether they want it or not? Does it sound like
Mr. Soupy Sales is going to pull one over on them?
Do the same for postcards and email. Always add
that "We'd like to show you what we've got so we can see if there's
a match. You know, between what you're looking for and what we have.
OK?"
What if that helps take the fear out of them calling
you back?
