Find people who want what you have

The odds of finding a studly person for your business, or of sponsoring up? Someone better than you, who knows more people, who has more drive than you?

Hmm. Well, do you know what % of people have what it takes to make it as an entrepreneur at all? You know, to make it in a business venture of their own?

3-5% is what's been bandied about for 100 years. Sometimes less.

Let's go with 5%.

So, out of 20 people you might be talking to, in the library, say, how many have what it takes?
Yes. 1. In 20.

Don't you wish that one would wear a green hat so you could see who it is and skip the other 19?

But no. You and your babies have to go through all 20, usually. And listen to the 19 whineys, pukeys, do-nothings, forever maybes and just plain 'no's'.

What if your new people don't survive the process of wading through these 'wrong ones'?
95% have not survived. You've all discovered that, right?

So how can your babies beat the odds and survive them? And what about you? How to do this?

Several Options:

MISSION: "Find people for whom the business is the right thing to be doing now, no one else."
That means, no more recruiting anyone you have to drag across the finish line.

Four tricks to surviving this mission: Find ways to make the right ones come to you

Learn to say 'no' first to the rest (so you can have it in your lifetime)

Team up with one or two others who want it like you do, so you do the reaching out methods (ROMS) in teams, not alone and, if you have people who do NOT want to go to their warm market for any reason--

Don't force them. Instead, show new prospects 10 or 12 ways to find good people. Let them pick the 3-5 they like best. Then do them in teams with others. How to do this?

Several Options:
1. Self Study course: Review articles. Learn how to Build a Giant Heap with or without your friends, family or neighbors, plus all the above, in the self-study course materials available at that site: The Truth book, Rules book and the Giant Heap tape or the Complete Collection. This is the least expensive money wise, and you do the stuff on your own or in groups you set up.

Typical comment about the materials:
"We've been using your interview process when contacting cold market prospects that we've developed from various ROM's in your book and tapes and it's working BIG TIME! I can't believe how duplicatable it is. Thanks to your coaching we had over 400 reps sign up in just 30 days and I can't count the customers!"

2. Harvard-like cram course, packed into six weeks, done with two hands on coaches who have done it. The Blitz. Four 90 minute conference calls, team calls, instructional emails, sample calendars you can use for your new people, with a detailed schedule of when to do which methods and how to set up teams, locally and long distance. This costs (no not $14,000 for a semester course at Harvard) $495 for the 6 week course.

Tip from Thomas A. Edison:
"If we did all the things we are capable of doing, we would literally astonish ourselves."
- Thomas A. Edison 1847-1931
